Each additional character in a single piece will be 50% (half) of the full price.

One small animal and small handheld items/props will not cost any additional fees.

Multiple animals and/or detailed designs, extra detailed clothing or larger props like furniture will cost extra.

Changes applied after the piece is finished will cost extra (unless it was my own mistake).

Tight deadlines will cost extra fees.

I will inform you upfront if there's anything that will require an additional fee.

All payments will be requested upfront. I will not refund payments after I start working on your order.

I will only start on your order once i receive your payment.

The best way to get me started is to send in your request with references.

I will let you know if your order is accepted along with any notes or questions.

I will keep you updated on the commission through the sketching and coloring process. those are your opportunities to ask for any changes/revisions before the piece is finalized.

Upon completion I will email the piece to you with any transparent files per your request.

I will only post the piece on my social media per your allowance. if you want to post the artwork yourself, please tag me so I can see it.

The average wait time is within a week. Your order may take longer depending on the complexity and where you are on the queue.

For orders with a set time frame/hard deadline, please discuss with me about the timeline beforehand. I will expect prompt replies for my inquiries, and I will not be held liable for any late or unsatisfactory work if any messages I send go for more than 24 hours without a response.

Please keep in mind that commissions are not my full time job and I have other responsibilities to fulfill. If I have to take longer to work on your other, I will keep you updated. In turn I ask of you to be respectful and to not spam my inbox with demands.

I maintain the right to decline a commission.

I maintain the right to stop working on a commission due to poor communication or inappropriate behavior.

I maintain the right to display the commissioned artwork on my online platforms.

A commissioned artwork is always for PERSONAL USE only, unless we explicitly agreed on something else beforehand.

If you purchase artwork to be used for BRANDING on your Twitch or Youtube channel, it may ONLY be used for branding, and you may ONLY use it in a way that we have discussed and agreed upon. It may NOT be sold or turned into merchandise, UNLESS we explicitly agreed on that use beforehand, OR unless you contact me again to come to a new agreement on its use.

You are NOT allowed to use commissioned (or even personal) artwork as NFT, or anything crypto related. I do not condone or support this kind of transaction.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

Print your own commissioned artwork for yourself or as a gift for a friend.

Post the artwork on online platforms with proper credits and link/tag to me.

Use the artwork for personal use: profile images, wallpapers, backgrounds, headers, banners, etc... with proper credits and link/tag to me.

Take credit for the commissioned artwork and claim it as your own creation.

Repost and/or use the image without proper credits to me.

Edit the commissioned artwork other than cropping it for your avatar and banner (OK), and/or change the background of a requested transparent piece (OK).

Reproduce the artwork, sell it to a third party, turn it into merchandise, print it in magazines etc, unless I have explicitly agreed to it. NFTs are never allowed.

Make any money from an artwork that I created for you, unless I have explicitly agreed to it.
